HCT Executive Management & Consulting

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree in Nursing preferred
•Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role; must have a proven track record of success in improving patient experience, labor and delivery quality metrics, as well as a high degree of clinical proficiency, and effective leadership skills; maternity experience preferred
•License: Current Massachusetts RN license required
•Certifications: NRP and ACLS required; S.T.AB.L.E preferred
•Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft Office suite experience preferred
