Malware Analyst III

Employ engineering techniques and processes to analyze software to identify vulnerabilities.

Re-create programs to rebuild something similar to it, exploits its weaknesses, or strengthens its defenses.

Develop design specifications by inspection and analysis to offset various malware and to protect and defend USCYBERCOM infrastructure.

Develop, research, and maintain proficiency in tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer and network vulnerabilities, data hiding, and encryption.

Conduct vulnerability assessments/penetration tests of information systems.

Ensure software standards are met; designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions.

Perform in-depth detailed research of software and methodologies to build defensive and offensive technical capabilities for USCYBERCOM.

Participate in formal technical briefing and proposals.

Perform system analysis, reverse engineering, and static, dynamic, and best-practice malware analytical methodologies on Windows, Android, or UNIX-based platforms.

Provide in-depth understanding of security concepts, protocols, processes, architectures, and tools (authentication and access control technologies, intrusion detection, network traffic analysis, incident handling, media/malware analysis, etc.), malware and programming skills to include C/C++ and Assembly language, and detailed understanding of how network-based attacks work at the operating system and/or protocol level.

Candidates for this position must possess a valid Top Secret security clearance with an in scope SSBI and candidates must have successfully completed a CI polygraph within the past seven years.

Qualifications: (Must meet the minimum qualifications determined by Labor category description)

 

Minimum five years of experience as a Malware Analyst.

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.

Change and Release Engineer II

The Change and Release Engineer II is responsible for working with cross functional teams to implement, administer and monitor tools used for software version control, application builds, infrastructure changes and deployments, as well as running the Change Control Board.  This position has no direct reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in overall release planning, release governance, risk assessment, milestone management, release prioritization, status reporting, production readiness review and change implementation
Run the Change Control Board (CCB), reporting on change control meetings and managing projects that deviate from the baseline schedule, budget and resource requirement
Work collaboratively with all participants in software development projects to ensure all modifications are documented and passed quality gates
Manage build activities until the software is deployed and delivered to users in production
Create, document, implement code branches and merge strategies for parallel releases
Maintain the release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures
Evaluate continuously the efficiency of existing processes and procedures of change and release management and improve practices associated with continuous building and deploying
Work with project managers, subject matter experts, and infrastructure teams to meet the quality and timely release of new software and infrastructure updates
Design, develop and test automated build and deployment process
Support, improve and administer tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery

Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
Build release roadmap, release plan, release milestones, provide overall release governance
Conduct Go/No-Go Meetings with senior management and required stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field

Plant Manager

The Plant Manger provides leadership and direction in the manufacturing and shipping of joint compounds, textures and accessories, in alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives. This position using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Lean tools will assure proper focus on safety, the environment, manufacturing high quality, cost efficient products through continuous improvement activities, which will distinguish CertainTeed as the preferred choice. This position will directly supervise up to six staff persons and indirectly up to an estimated 50 manufacturing personnel when the plant is fully utilized with an estimated net sales at $30 million plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Will assist Technical Services and Product Management in running product trials or demonstrations.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

BA or BS degree in either engineering or business preferred; or equivalent technical training in a relevant manufacturing environment that provides a comprehensive knowledge of plant leadership and 10 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
5 years of progressive plant leadership responsibility.
Demonstrate leadership and team building skills.
Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

Must develop with the assistance of the Financial Services Manager a calendar budget and adhere to the budget while maintaining good internal controls.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

Supervises all direct and indirect employees (estimated to be 25 employees in a full capacity utilization mode) in the plant. Will be accountable for meeting operational standards and approved personnel count within company guidelines. Maybe required to fill in as Plant Manager at other finishing facilities during periods of vacancies.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Works in a manufacturing plant environment with exposure to dust, chemicals, temperature changes and noise. Hours may vary as necessary to provide proper supervision for plant operations, meeting customer needs and reporting deadlines. Some travel will be required, usually via airplanes and rental cars with no restrictions traveling outside Canada.

One stand-alone Distance Learning (dL) course consisting of 26 modules serves the entire worldwide Intelligence Community (IC).
Be involved in all phases of the Instructional Development Cycle. Support the identification, consolidation, and resolution of issues related to current training packages and applications, document libraries, and the government Blackboard Learning and Content Management System (LMS) on a daily basis. Produces technical design documents including user manuals for instructional products. Manage the utilities and tools, and comply and consolidate student performance statistics gleaned from the Blackboard LMS.
Be involved in Multimedia (audio, video, and simple animation) processing relating to instruction. Requirements:

SECRET security clearance
Master’s or doctoral degree in statistics, quantitative psychology, educational measurement or another closely related field. Coursework may include theoretical and lab work related to statistical analysis and test construction, as well as classes dedicated to specific types of testing, like personality or cognitive assessments, qualitative testing procedures and common statistical software packages.

Responsibilties:

Facilitate and manage digital student records for HT-JCOE. Collaborate records management policies and procedures with appointed ARIMS course action officers on a monthly basis. Receive, verify contents, organize, maintain, and archive all digital student records in accordance to established timelines. Provide guidance and direction to correct any discrepancies as identified. Ensure that all DA Form 200 file transfer forms are complete and accurate in accordance to established timelines. Collaborate and reconcile with the HT-JCOE ARIMS coordinator on a quarterly basis. Train newly assigned ARIMS actions officers for all HT-JCOE courses annually.
Responsible for updating the J3 tab located within the center’s SharePoint on NIPRNET (unclassified) and SIPR (classified) systems. Manage Requests for Action (RFAs) submissions on the J-3 tab within the HT-JCoE SharePoint in the absence of the primary point of contact. Review and process Requests for Information (RFIs) for command decision. Review and provide edit all documents produced and published by the J-3 Operations Staff.
Manage Training Administration and Assessment Program (TAAP) user accounts and training new users.
Provide communication support to applicants, the four Service Department Training Managers, and the Unified Combatant Command Training representatives that make up the Defense HUMINT Enterprise (DHE). In the absence of the appointed registrar, coordinate and manage training attendance, provide reporting instructions and welcome emails, process student relief packets, prepare graduation certificates/documentation, and attend course specified in-progress reviews (IPRs).
Track data for the purposes of providing statistical training information for various internal and external customers and organizations within the DHE. Provide weekly student enrollment status reports to command representatives. Maintain Microsoft Excel student rosters in support of the application process.
Qualifications:

Secret Clearance
Minimum of 4 years administrative or operations assistant experience.
Preferred candidates will have 2 years’ experience with the Training Administration and Assessment Program (TAAP) and the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS).

NSTID consists of the Headquarters, Tactical Fusion Branch, Tactical Sensor Branch, Training Devices Branch, and the Collection and Reporting Branch. The candidate shall support a wide range of tasks in the form of technical input to lifecycle acquisition, acquisition strategy for training products, process in support of Training Development for Army Modernization Training.

This effort involves activities associated with a wide range of services to support requirements for computer technology and information assurance. The candidate shall perform a variety of actions and activities in support of the computer technology and Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO) support which is integrally related to NSTID training and training development mission. The candidate shall provide Technology and IASO support approximately 135 personnel assigned to the organization. The candidate shall provide the following services to include, but not limited to:

Create/maintain sub-hand receipts for technology device turn-in and pick-up on behalf of the government hand receipt holder.
Create/maintain workforce data calls for computer, printer, blackberry and other technology devices.
Create, updated and provide input to the development of, and maintain the NSTID database, SharePoint calendar, TDY tracker, website, and Document Management System (DMS)
Create and submit work orders/trouble tickets for computers, telephones, technology devices and documentation for NIPR, SIPR, JWICS and Global Signals Intelligence Enterprise Network (GSENET) accounts and other mission support materials.
Provide support as the Telephone Control Officer (TCO).
Maintains NSTID database personnel verification for compliance of training requirements.
Create, submit and track Information Technology Requests (ITR).
 

Requirements:

SECRET clearance
Two years’ experience in the Military Intelligence field
Knowledge of information technology, computer operating systems and network security
Strong written and oral communication skills
Two years’ experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Two years’ experience building and maintaining databases
