Administer Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server 2008/2012, Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Windows client operating systems, Azure AD connect and O365
Create custom UDF forms and UI customization as per the requirement.
Configure WebLogic authenticator/assertor based on the application requirement.
Configure JDBC and JMS servers on WebLogic server.
Management and maintenance of VMware ESX hosts over vSphere
Work on various aspects of databases like database Creation, database Security, database Replication/ Migration, database Performance Monitoring, user Management, database Backup/Restoration, Import/Export database.
Build Hyper-V Environment and configure virtual machines.

Job requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
5+ Years of progressive hands-on experience in engineering and administration of Oracle Identity and Access Management solutions is a must.

Engineer I_ Cyber Security, Information Assurance, and Data Governance

The candidate shall provide USAICoE G6 specialized Cyber Security, Information Assurance and Data Governance knowledge. The candidate shall support in assisting and performing Cyber Security, Information Assurance and Data Governance in the executing cybersecurity inspections, certification and accreditation and development of Cyber Security, Information Assurance and Data Governance documentation. This will include but not limited to; network audit reports, scans, applied updates and patches, and system baselines approved by the government. The candidate shall comply with policies and regulations IAW ARIMS. The candidate shall provide the following cyber security, information assurance, and data governance services to include, but not limited to:

Provide technical Cyber Security, Information Assurance and Data Governance support.
This includes system and network architecture managements, classrooms, administrative and non-administrative areas for mitigations, configurations, updates and modifications.
Provide technical Cyber Security and Information Assurance assistance and management including, but not limited system and network auditing, configurations, mitigations, reporting, reviews, pre-installation and post installation verification checks and testing, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (McAfee ePO) and Host Based Security System (HBSS) management. Submit for government approval Information Technology Requests (ITRs) for new classroom, administrative, IT, hardware, software and system requirements and Trouble Tickets (TTs) for pre-existing IT, hardware, software and system issues for USAICoE end-users and customers.
Perform with government approval and concurrence technical verification and validation cybersecurity scans of system/network architectures ensuring an approved certification and accreditation (C&A) Authority to Operate (ATO) is maintained for secure operations.
Comply with all required System Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) updates to all systems within the architecture. Maintain architecture compliance with all DoD, Army, and other applicable Government Agency configuration requirements, to include all applicable emerging and updated policies and regulations.
Provide technical assistance to identify, mitigate and document vulnerabilities and risks using the Risk Management Framework (RMF) system and a Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM).
Provide technical assistance in monitoring, reviewing, resolving, mitigating and making recommendations for government approval, in regards to least-privileged accounts, technical documentation, system and network hardware, software, applications, and operational performance and security. This also includes using technical and nontechnical tools to achieve system and network certifications, inspections, audits, and other internal and external compliance monitoring.
Collaborate with USAICoE G6 to assist in establishing internal technical writing management procedures, processes and standards to ensure consistency and quality of technically develop documentation deliverables.
Prepare and review, including but not limited to, plans, requirements, summaries, agreements, objectives, policies, strategies, justifications, memoranda, models, criteria, assessments and procedures to support the USAICoE IT program and mission area management. The contractor shall submit work products to USAICoE G-6 for review and approval.
Provide records management support by documenting and maintaining records. This includes, but is not limited to procedures, plans, descriptive documents and best business practices. Records will be retained and disposed of with government approval.
Requirements:

TOP SECRET clearance with access to SCI prior to employment.
4 Years participating in systems management and design activities, and/or related B.S/ B.A in Engineering, Science, Math.
Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification required.

Job Summary: The Data Analyst is responsible for operational aspects associated with data quality, use, and reporting. This position develops and executes plans, policies, and practices that control, protect, deliver, and enhance the value and integrity of the company’s data and information assets. This position also conducts data quality assurance, evaluation, and reporting. This role includes monitoring and maintaining the quality of the company’s databases, generating operational reports, analyzing data, and trouble-shooting discrepancies.

Essential Duties & Requirements:

Assists with creating controls to preserve the integrity of the information being reported.
Generates reports on operational and project-based metrics.
Monitors the quality of the company’s data and information, reports on results, and recommends corrective action plans and alternative methods for administration.
Investigates data quality problems, conducts root-cause analysis, corrects errors, and develops process improvement processes across all programs.
In partnership with program managers, works with business partners on data anomalies and requests for information.
Works with vendors for evaluation of data reporting enhancements.
Performs other project duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience:

A BA/BS degree in a quantitative field of study, such as Business or Computer Science.
Two years’ experience in business data management and reporting, data analytics, or data stewardship.
Experience with systems analysis and/or system administration.
Meticulous attention to detail due to the sensitivity of data.
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills including conditional statements, complex/nested formulas, charts and graphs, pivot tables, lookups, filtering, auditing tools, arrays, etc. Knowledge of VBA is a plus.
High comfort level in manipulating and querying large data sets. Relational database management experience, such as in Access or SQL Server, strongly preferred.
Desired Qualifications

Knowledge and understanding of computer systems/applications. Experience with analysis and documenting user requirements.
Experience in documenting system operation (user guides), developing test scripts and scenarios, and executing user testing.
Proven record of understanding the tracking of information as it relates to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for demand management.
Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with data and resolving ambiguous issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interpret technical language and translate for business users, physicians, and providers.
Healthcare background desirable.
Salesforce.com experience especially as a developer, highly desirable.

Work Environment: This position will work in normal business office conditions.

Physical Demands: The tasks of this position are typical for working in an office environment. An associate is regularly required to perform tasks while sitting at a desk, using normal hand dexterity. Mobility is required, including standing, moving about, and sitting.

Occasional travel out of the office for meetings, etc. may be required. Must be able to maintain a good attendance record.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for creating technical design documents for new applications and initiate new application development efforts utilizing SharePoint technologies. He/she will work both independently and as part of a team including other developers, software architects and Project Managers to develop in-house and client applications on time and within corporate/customer parameters.
