Summary:

Manage the activity of 5 Accounts Receivable clerks.

Review and approve all client wires/ACH forms.

Review and approve daily payment and invoicing load balancing.

Review and approve all adjustment entries and voided checks.

Prepare monthly invoicing calendar and special invoices memo per clients payments cut-off requirements.

Review, approve and assist in payment corrections.

Research and correct all daily DSCR batch errors.

Review and approve correct deposit slips are used for all daily DSCR deposits.

Research and prepare client manual invoices as needed, including wire/ACH forms when necessary.

Handle client and inter-company calls regarding payments and invoicing.

Review and submit employee timecards.

Assist 3rd party and courts invoicing teams with any daily responsibilities and special projects as needed.

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Weekly Overtime and some Saturdays Mandatory in meeting daily deadlines.

 

Qualifications Include:

 

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

College Accounting hours a plus.

1 year supervisory experience in an accounting environment.

Accounting/bookkeeping experience a plus.

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).

Organizational Skills.
