•Directly supervises a team of call center agents in a sales and service environment
•Coaching for improvement, and monitoring and managing performance
•Accurate and timely documentation
•Administer motivational programs
•Participate in interviews and make hiring recommendations
•Handle escalated customer issues
•Experience in call center management
•Call center and sales experience, both inside and outside
•Excellent written and spoken communications skills
•High energy levels
•4 year degree preferred, or equivalent experience in closely related area
•Ability and willingness to work evenings and some Saturdays
•Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word
