Enterprise Remedy Systems Engineer

As the Functional Area Expert, you will provide support to the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), Assistant Chief of Staff (ACofS), G-5. You will provide engineering, test and evaluation, over-the-shoulder training, integration and sustainment support, configuration management, and life-cycle support of the Army Enterprise Service Management System (ESMS). You will provide subject matter expertise in the Remedy Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) capability including all core modules which are Service Desk, Change Management, Configuration Management, Release Management, and Asset Management. Highlights of Responsibilities:

-Provide system engineering and analysis support the BMC Remedy ITSM, Remedy Analytics, Remedy SLM, Remedy SRM, and Remedy RKM for the Army enterprise including installation, integration, maintenance, and Tier 3 support.
-Evaluate the Remedy ITSM architecture and provide recommended changes in processes, configuration, software, and hardware, as needed.
-Provide engineering support for the development and maintenance of engineering and related technical documentation.
-Provide engineering, test and evaluation, and operational, post deployment and life-cycle support of the Army Enterprise ITSM, -Remedy Analytics, Remedy SLM, Remedy SRM, Remedy RKM, BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management (BPPM) Suite and BMC Remedy Analytics and Dashboards as deployed in all theaters.
-Provide technical support, to include: performing on-site visits to develop requirements for Government review; on-site installation, engineering validation, and test support, and engineering analysis technical reviews.
-Perform and document technical engineering studies and provide over-the-shoulder training as required.
-Support the implementation and maintenance of the ESMS standard design and configuration at the Data Centers and Data Center Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) site, Regional Cyber Center (RCC), and installation Network Enterprise Centers (NEC) for integration of an Enterprise-wide standard, ITIL-based, ESMS.
-Provide design and implementation support for migration to the Enterprise system by the TNOSC and NEC sites identified by NETCOM.
-Perform operational engineering tasks in UNIX, Windows, Oracle, SQL, ESMS core modules as well as Remedy SLM, Remedy SRM, Remedy Analytics, and Remedy RKM product installation and integration with other enterprise management tools, including Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) and Spectrum Network Management System (NMS).
-Support the system design and implementation of NetOps tools that interface with the ESMS core modules as well as Remedy SLM, Remedy SRM, Remedy Analytics, Remedy RKM NetOps and BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management (BPPM) Suite and BMC Remedy Analytics and Dashboards capabilities.
-Attend meetings in a team environment in order to identify problem areas, review hardware/software requirements, and coordinate milestones.
-Interface with IT management, specialists, and engineers throughout all echelons of the LandWarNet and the Joint NetOps community.

Requirements:

-Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
-BS in Computer Science or related information technology or 15 years of practical engineering or 10 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
-Training and expertise in BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) version 7.x and 8.x BMC 8.x Accredited Administrator, BMC 8. X AtriumCore Administrator, BMC 8.x ITSM Administrator, BMC 9.x BPPM Administrator, BMC 9.x Atrium Discovery and Dependency Administrator, Remedy AR System 7.5 or higher and ITIL 2011 Foundations.
-Prior working knowledge and experience in configuring, installing, testing, documenting, and training on ITSM products, with emphasis on the full suite of ITSM.
-Prior working knowledge and understanding of enterprise NetOps tools, procedures, and operational constructs.
-IAT Level II certified as specified in DOD 8570.01-M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002 (Security+ CE, or GSEC, or SSCP IA Certifications).
-Must  be able to successfully obtain and maintain a Microsoft Certified Solutions Administrator (MCSA), BMC Certified Administrator, or equivalent within six (6) months of hire date.

Preferred Education and Experience:

-Active Secret security clearance.

Enterprise Active Directory Engineer

As an Enterprise Directory Services & Authentication (EDS&A) Shared Resources SME, you will provide services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), Assistant Chief of Staff (ACofS), G-3/5. -Provide advisory technical support in defining, documenting, and sustaining system internal (Army) and external (DISA) Common Interfaces (CIs) for consistent and persistent delivery of Exchange services as delivered from the DISA Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) environment.
-Conduct AD and enterprise testing for related operational RFC submitted to NETCOM. Provide and document design integration of proposed technologies for the Army Enterprise design construct.
Provide EDS/RDS system sustainment engineering and analysis support for the legacy EDS environment.

Requirements:
-Current Active Secret Security Clearance and or the ability to obtain one.

Sr. VMware/Virtualization Systems Engineer

As a VMware/Virtualization Systems Engineer – Senior, you will provide engineering support the design, employment of VM Ware infrastructure in support of the NETCOM G35.  You will analyze troubleshoot VMware Server deployment and virtualization issues and identify important potential technologies and approaches to address current and future needs within the enterprise, evaluate their applicability and fit, and make recommendations to the Government based on the evaluation. As the Packaging Systems Engineer Senior, you will support the NETCOM, ACofS, G-3/5/7 Plans, Programs and Architecture (PPA) Division and the Operational Engineering Division (OED) in providing sustainment and configuration management engineering, documentation, planning, and implementation of the Systems Management (SysMan) Program. You will provide SYSMAN engineering, technical support, integration engineering, testing, and evaluation. You will support the sustainment, operations, and maintenance for Microsoft Systems Management Server, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007/2012; Quest Management Xtensions (QMX) or similar; and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) 2007/2012 applications and related hardware/software per enterprise SYSMAN architecture, design, and build guidance. -Document all changes successfully validated in the CM SYSMAN accurately and concisely in support of O&M.
-Support re-engineering efforts required by integration to GNE AD, and other systems external to SYSMAN via approved data standards.
-Draft the SYSMAN Implementation Support Plan.
-Provide source documentation needed to complete project configuration management plans for SYSMAN capabilities.
-Document project technical solutions and schedules within the established suspense, and adhere to operational requirements and technical standards via the system design.
-Test functionality of the SYSMAN capability management tools and applications to the LNA requirements.
-Assess site-specific architecture and current hardware limitations. -Conduct testing for implementation of new SYSMAN technologies and develop documentation to meet identified suspense dates.
-Perform 8 x 5, on-call engineering Tier III enterprise support for resolving complex technical and functional issues.

Requirements:
